Oil change was great and they replaced a warranty item on my truck. I stood in the showroom for about 10 minutes no one approached me so I went out on my own to look at the Explorers walked around looking on my truck. The staff always answers phone very politely! Ordered the parts to repair everything and called me in two days to bring it in that day! Had me fixed and back on the road by days end.
