I was expecting the usual back and forth on pricing but was happy that none of that occurred. The salesman was very helpful and friendly. My daughter and I were greeted by Sales Consultant Joseph Lacayo on 7/9/2022 as soon as we got there. He listened very attentive to me, and had the car on lot that I came to see. They delivered car to me on 7/11/22 as scheduled. John Heister is amazing dealership. Everyone so kind, professional, considerate, and helpful! My husband sent me the following day to take a truck back we were considering. I am usually not comfortable talking to a sales person. However, Joe was very personable and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. He was very patient and helpful. Brian in finance was very helpful and kind as well.
