Service is good they like to sell service but as long as work is done well no problem

To explain my recent experience I got in contact with the manager Damien Axe. I had an issue with my truck and it needed to be serviced.. I let him know my concern and how strongly I felt about the issue. Without hesitation he set me up for an appointment to bring it in the following day checking my vehicle throughly. I even heard of how everyone in the dealership were involved in getting the problem resolved. That speaks very highly of everyone that works at John Heister of Sanford. First time visiting this dealership had appointment for oil change tire rotation and state inspection. Service was done in a timely manner and I was kept informed of what was being done. I will be using this service department again every one was very pleasant and professional.

The staff here is awesome! I can't say enough on how much they assisted me with my car's warranty. I bought my car in another state and the warranty they sold me was only good at that dealership. Ms Ruby worked relentlessly with the other dealership to find a solution. The communication from the service staff is top notch! You never have to wonder what the status is of your car. They always have you covered! I have visited plenty of dealerships in my life and this one ranks in the top two dealerships I have ever dealt with!
