I recently purchased a 2022 Certified Pre-Owned Honda Accord Hybrid from John Eagle in Houston, TX approximately 2 weeks ago. The Carfax report didn’t show any damage or accidents. However, it was later Accord Hybrid from John Eagle in Houston, TX approximately 2 weeks ago. The Carfax report didn’t show any damage or accidents. However, it was later discovered that the vehicle suffered severe hail damage that was not disclosed. Rather than being candid about the damage the vehicle sustained; the car dealership attempted to cover up the damage by performing shoddy bodywork and/or pretending not to have knowledge of body work being performed; which has altered the original state of the vehicle. The hail damage was brought to my attention when I noticed that the headliner had been removed and replaced with missing parts. It makes sense to remove the headliner for the purpose of repairing the dents from the hail. Unfortunately, the car dealership and Lithia who owns John Eagle made it clear that they have no interest in making this situation right. Their explanation is that the car was sold as it, but at the time we inspected the vehicle and on the day of pickup the weather was extremely dreary. Due to the poor lighting conditions the small hail dents that blends in well with the blueish grey color make identifying imperfections virtually impossible. As a result, these hail dents were overlooked by my wife and I before making the purchase. Had it been a sunny day these innumerable hail dents would’ve been easier to spot. I must mention that the two of us complained about the rust that was appearing in several places on the vehicle, but the sales person couldn’t provide an answer. With that being said, I’m appalled that John Eagle and Lithia both totally disregarded my concerns. I spent over $32,000 dollars on a vehicle that should’ve been reduced in price due to the hail damage that automatically devalues a vehicle. Honestly, I feel awful about this purchase and frankly defrauded. It is my hope and prayer that the dealership will make things right by doing the following: (1) pay for the body repairs of the vehicle at a body shop of my choosing and (2) negotiate a reduction in purchasing price for the deception practices and nightmare of an experience that we were made to endure. Do NOT at all cost buy from here will sell you a used lemon. I have had issue after issue. Electrical and they will not do nothing about it told me it's my extended warranty problem even though I did NOT lemon. I have had issue after issue. Took a Ridgeline in for a recall issue. I know it takes awhile for a dealer to be reimbursed for recall work so since I was at 20% on brake pads had them replaced…vehicle was dropped off at I know it takes awhile for a dealer to be reimbursed for recall work so since I was at 20% on brake pads had them replaced…vehicle was dropped off at 8am with a eta of 2pm on work. Vehicle was finally done at 7:30pm, with the advisor saying rotors had to be turned 4 times…(hence the delay) now I drove professionally for 45 years in everything from step vans to big rigs…I saw absolutely no issues with the rotors on this vehicle so it’s really difficult to trust a 20 something advisor who was more interested in texting friends than taking care of customers More

I visited John Eagle Honda of Houston recently to purchase Honda Accord Hybrid Touring, one of the cool sedans from Honda. Blocked the car with some advance so that I can complete the transaction on next day. Fortunately I found a better deal later and negotiated for the same with John Eagle. They promised even more attractive deal and asked me to visit the dealership. I reached there only to find the sales guy Luis Aulur didn't had the clarity or approval from their finance team. He made false promise on the phone just to make me visit the dealership for nothing. They could have saved my valuable team if they coordinated among themselves. I strongly recommend everyone not to consider this dealer as there are much more professional dealers out there in Houston. Please avoid Luis if at all you must visit John Eagle. More
I purchased a civic on Jhon eagle Honda of Houston. Sales person Victoria Cano was very professional, but I had a very bad experience on financial with Kysbel Aguirre she said in order to get a better Sales person Victoria Cano was very professional, but I had a very bad experience on financial with Kysbel Aguirre she said in order to get a better percentage I have to buy some warranty I said no because I do not use it, she said do not worry you can cancel those any time, and you will get all your money back. She said she can do it for me, but it will take about a month, and you will get all your money back. But it was not true because I ended up losing close to 3000 dollars. She put an extra 8000 dollars on warranties, when I called after a month she never answered back, until I called a manager and told her to answer my phone. She would keep on lying by telling me that I would get all my money back, she never canceled anything, and now I have to go back to the dealer and speak to the manager to get all of them canceled. It’s very sad that Honda let someone like her represent their company and lie to people about things. This was my first and last Honda because of this person. More
