Hello Mak, Thank you for reaching out. I am not sure what other details I need to provide other than to say that the initial pictures Afnan sent me of the tires looked great and they looked equally good in person. There was nothing to indicate that the tires were 7 years old until I took it to a tire place after we started having issues and they looked at the tire code and told me the car should not have been sold to me without that disclosure. Had I been told that I would have either asked for new tires, negotiated a lower price if I was going to buy the tires myself or walked away. The lack of transparency was extremely concerning to me as was Afnan's response that there was nothing that could be done. Let me know if you have questions.

Our online pricing reflects the vehicle itself, and certified vehicles do go through a required inspection and reconditioning process to meet manufacturer standards, which is what certification covers. That said, any additional products or fees should always be clearly explained and discussed upfront so customers can make informed decisions.
