Excellent service department with service reps that are eager to care for the needs of your vehicle. I did not have to wait, but handed over my keys and in less than 2 hours my car was good to go. Joel was amazing and very professional. He explained what was happening and gave me a timeframe that I will be in the shop. He followed up once it was done to get me in and out. I've been getting service here since I bought my civic in 2015. I am however unhappy about a few things and things haven't gotten better over the years. This dealership has typically recommended services tha 2015. I am however unhappy about a few things and things haven't gotten better over the years. This dealership has typically recommended services that aren't needed. Often it's as simple as something like a transmission fluid change before my car tells me it needs it. Normally I trust my car's maintenance system over the advisors however there are some things like breaks and such that my car doesn't track; and I try to trust their advisement on these issues. This last appointment made me lose the remaining trust I had with this dealership. They recommended I replace my drive belt because it "looked worn". I had just replaced my drive belt myself with the help of my father 8 months prior to this appointment, xxx. On top of this, after my oil change my car was returned to me unwashed without an explanation. I'm sorry but if I am paying a premium for dealer services this should include a premium experience like a freaking car wash. A few years ago this dealership also switched their windshield washer fluid from all season to a water based one that freezes in cold temperatures. This creates a very dangerous situation when you try using your wiper fluid in freezing temps. It was not fun to find this out while driving on the highway this past freeze, I had to put my head out the window to see. It's becoming clear to me that they don't care and I am done, I will be looking elsewhere for service moving forward. I am sad to see all my year of loyalty going to waste. More
