Negative experience! I scheduled an appointment to diagnose my rear passenger seat as the seatbelt warning kept going off when it was in use. My advisor was Sean and my e I scheduled an appointment to diagnose my rear passenger seat as the seatbelt warning kept going off when it was in use. My advisor was Sean and my experience with him was terrible! I asked to talk to the service manager but he was not available so I emailed him but never heard back from him. This was my experience with Sean During my visit on 07/02/2024 I was rudely talked to by Sean before I could even ask him anything his response was "I do not know anything about your car I am way too busy to deal with this", I let him know he was being rude and that the only reason I was approaching him was because I had received a message 40 minutes prior about my vehicle to which he said he didn't know anything about. He then proceeded to say he couldn't take any more appointments and when one of his fellow advisors was going to assign him a vehicle he hit the window hard and said he was done taking vehicles. Afterwards, he said my car was in the wash (my vehicle didn’t get washed) and would come out to which it took 20+ minutes and he had not communicated anything with me after. I had to order the buckle which on the paper said would get there in 3 days, it is now 08/29/2024 and I have not received any communication regarding the part ordered. More
