Had appointment for seatbelt recall on 2018 Honda CRV. I arrived on time and was the 6th or 7th car in line. Seems like it took forever to get checked in (40 minutes or so). I bought two parts today from this dealer. The mechanic told me you don't need one of them. I tried to return the part the manager of the parts refused to refund my money and had bad attitude The mechanic told me you don't need one of them. Even the workshop mechanic told me that this dealer is the worsest and never buy parts from them. I recommend that you buy from Honda of irving or other dealers. Now they enforce me to keep the part with me although I don't need it. Please don't buy parts from this dealer. More
