I had a terrible experience. Went in for an oil change and got more than that. Met with Service Director, he needs customer service training and needs to also learn how to speak Went in for an oil change and got more than that. Customer safety is not John Eagles priority, getting over on customers is their priority. My family members have purchased six cars from John Eagle over the last 20 years. That relationship is gone. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy. More
