I bought a new 2024 Honda Odyssey from Eagle Honda and learned a bad experience : As promised, Eagle Honda installed the backup sensor, but the work was poorly done (please see attached photos and com learned a bad experience : As promised, Eagle Honda installed the backup sensor, but the work was poorly done (please see attached photos and comments). Since then, I've made multiple attempts to contact the dealership. I learned that Spencer has left the company, so I spoke with the Sales Manager, who advised me to reach out to Travis Porter, the Internal Service Advisor, to resolve the issue. I’ve called and left several messages for him, but he hasn’t responded. At this point, I’m not sure what more I can do to get the dealer to address and correct this problem. Comments from others Honda Odyssey's Owners: Eric Guillermo The placement are way off and too low, the sides are so crooked sorry omg I would be so pissed. and idk why they're liked sunken in around the ring of the sensors ughh they better get you a new bumper. That's a sight for sore eyes. Logan Kinney Eagle Honda might need to get those eagle eyes checked out Jerry Bussard I’ve got to be honest, that’s one terrible job. There are indentations where they drilled the holes, the sensors are in the wrong place and off-center, just an overall awful look. I’d have them replace the damaged and ruined bumper cover and go to another dealership or auto shop to have it done right. Jfk Greencam Looks like the bumper is pushed in on the bottom ones. Do they actually work? The one looks like it's pointed to the sky. Like everyone said, they are not placed right. Sorry just my 2 cents. As long as your happy, that's all that counts. Jeff Ettleman Aren’t all odyssey bumpers marked in the back where these holes were supposed to be drilled? How did they get this so wrong??! Courtney Navey Gonna have a xxxx of a time trying to resell that van…yikes. Make replace the bumper and go to another Honda dealer. You’ve spent too much money to not have that van done right. Scott Pruettiangkura lol. They didn’t want to take off the rear bumper so they put them there instead. Philip Wong Might as well tell them to get you an elite bumper with the sensors on it due to the poor job done on your van. Shawn Graves They owe you a new bumper now More
