I was supposed to receive a free oil change. I came in with my “Service Due Soon” light on, under 24k miles, & a 2024 HRV. My advisor charged me for my oil change. No supervisors are returning my calls & my service advisor, Joel, lied like my oil life was at 20%. I’ve had a Honda since 2019; I know that “Service Due Soon” means 15% oil life. Joel refuses to return my calls & is avoiding me! More

Service is good. Free car wash when serviced. But sometimes they try to sell you services you don't need. They told me spark plugs needed to be replaced at 100K, s Free car wash when serviced. But sometimes they try to sell you services you don't need. They told me spark plugs needed to be replaced at 100K, so I agreed to it, but told me at 130K (last year) that I needed spark plugs replaced. I had forgotten that they had already been replaced at 100K, so I agreed. I didn't find out that they had already been replaced at 100K until much later when I was looking at previous service invoices. This car could easily have gone 100K without spark plugs being replaced again. So I'm going to be much more cautious now about what kind of service I agree to have done. More
