I did not know John Eagle had an Express Service. This was my first experience using the facility. It was great. I had a state inspection and oil change done on a Saturday morning in less than an hour. Mi was my first experience using the facility. It was great. I went to the dealership for a oil change and my service advisor Mike Zamora let me know that i had a transmission seal leaking. Michael always takes great care of me when I come in for service. He is always honest about the work that I need done and he keeps me informed on the progress as I wait. I had a glowing "!" on the dash of my Honda civic and decided that afternoon was a good time for me to take my car in to see what that meant. I wasn't even going to stay to get it fixed. When I got there decided that afternoon was a good time for me to take my car in to see what that meant. I wasn't even going to stay to get it fixed. When I got there I could tell they were very busy but the attendant insisted it would be in my benefit just to get the car checked out. He was right as I had a nail in my tire and there was something wrong with my windshield wiper. All in all it was going to cost me $30.00 to get all this fixed (not much but I'll take what I can get). Then, the same attendant realized before I did that this was all covered under my warranty, so I left without paying a dime! And went over all that was covered under my warranty so I don't have to pay for things I wasn't aware were covered. They were also pretty quick considering how busy it was. More
Thus far, excellent service. In the past, with other vehicles from other dealerships, I have avoided returning to dealerships for service due to cost and lack of service that i believe should go with su vehicles from other dealerships, I have avoided returning to dealerships for service due to cost and lack of service that i believe should go with such costs. Fortunately, John Eagle Honda has been very consistent with their approach in service. From the moment you arrive to the time you check out, they are professional and courteous and make sure that you understand your options. Because of their appropriate attention and service, I haven't hesitated returning to them for additional service. Thanks John Eagle. More

Jerry my service advisor is very straight forward, honest and personable. He is esponsive to my needs and budget, but always has safety and quality as the formost concern when servicing my cars. I live about 15 miles from John Eagle Honda, however it is worth the drive to find a car dealership of such quality and integrity. Thank you Jerry and the rest of the staff at John Eagle Honda. More

My Service Advisor, Jesse Hernandez, has helped me for at least the last 2 yrs or so (?) and is a pleasure to work with. He always explains any repairs necessary and is very professional and friendly each time I am there. I would not hesitate to recommend Jesse and John Eagle Honda to anyone and everyone that asks.
