I took my 1998 Honda Oddessy in to get a safety inspection sticker after it had been sitting in the driveway unused for two years. It failed the emmissions test. Mike told me that since it had been inspection sticker after it had been sitting in the driveway unused for two years. It failed the emmissions test. Mike told me that since it had been sitting usused for so long, it needed to be driven 30 miles to reset the sensors. I drove it 40 miles and returned the same day. The sensors still had not reset. The mechanic took it out and drove it to get the sensors to reset. It then passed the inspection. Mike and his team when way above the call of duty to see that my car finally passed the inspection. I think most places would have just told me it failed. I was very impressed with their dedication. More

Excellant Service. I had an issue with my axle seal leakig and Service Advisor Jesse Hernandez took care of me. He is definetly a HUGE Asset to the dealership as far as I am concerned. I was needing service for my Honda Ridgeline and was recommended John Eagle Honda. I called them up, was given a service appointment for that afternoon, and had my car fully serviced and ready to go the recommended John Eagle Honda. John Eagle Honda is the only place I will take my Honda to be serviced. There is another Honda Dealership close to my house, but the service I get at John Eagle is what keeps me coming back. I always have a great experience at John Eagle. Adam Garcia takes such good care of me everytime I see him for service. I work in Downtown Dallas so the dealership is convenient for me. They have a shuttle that takes me to work so I don't have to wait for the car to be repaired. Each time I have service, Adam will make any necessary suggestions to me but will not try to oversell me work I don't absolutely need. This is very important to me. I used to go to a dealer closer to my home but have had experiences quite opposite of those at John Eagle. As a loyal Honda owner for many years, I will continue to use John Eagle for my service and any new car buys in my future. More
