Very professional staff, reviewed services and price quotes (and it was really what they said it would be!) My car is running great, and the brakes don't squeak anymore! That's something that the dealer I bought the car from, said was "normal." Richard seemed to know exactly what was wrong when I tried to describe it, and he told me that it was most definitely fixable! (I'm blond, but even I didn't think brakes were supposed to squeak! lol) I even got it back before promised. Everyone was nice and friendly. For one of the first times, I felt I was treated the same, as if I was a guy and didn't talk down to me because I'm a woman. That's a rarity with car dealerships, and especially in the service area. No one tried to push a whole bunch of extra things at me that weren't needed, AND I will never take my Accord to ANY other dealership. More

Although it costs a little more than the average repair shop, I always get my car serviced here. They always provide great service, quality work, car wash and detailing included. I've never felt pushed t shop, I always get my car serviced here. They always provide great service, quality work, car wash and detailing included. I've never felt pushed to get work done that wasn't necessary and they are always sensitive to my time. The free Internet and comfortable waiting room area helps too. More
I took my car in because it seemed to be running a little hot. Come to find out, my engine block was cracked. I had a brief freak out moment but was quickly assured that it was covered under warranty and wit hot. Come to find out, my engine block was cracked. I went to this dealer because they didn't put me on hold and never help me like another dealer. I needed a visor replacement and alignment (I assumed) and ended up getting my son's tires replaced. I wasn't excited about spending the money at the time but wanted his car to be safe. I can't imagine using another dealer even though this is way out of my way (live next tollway 190). More
Service department: I have been to several honda dealerships in my life but i have never seen such a greedy service department. They quoted me 375 dollars for freon charging where almost 200 dollars dealerships in my life but i have never seen such a greedy service department. They quoted me 375 dollars for freon charging where almost 200 dollars were labor charges for the time their technician "waits" while freon is charging!! I had 900 dollar regular "maintenance" service done from them a month before and my air-conditioning had not been working since then in the first place. The service advisor - Rudy young was absolutely rude and treated me like he was doing a favor on me and ran away from the simplest explanations about the service work he was recommending. I got the same work done from a auto repair shop within a block from john eagle honda for 120 bucks. Stay away from the service department, honestly, for 3 times the reasonable price its not worth it. More
