First time I visited the John Eagle Honda Service Center Mr. Zamora was very helpful and friendly, he took care of my civic's problem even though it was time to close. Second time I was there I only needed Mr. Zamora was very helpful and friendly, he took care of my civic's problem even though it was time to close. Second time I was there I only needed to know how to reset the percentage of oil life on my car and although that only took less than 5 minutes to resolve, Mr. Zamora offered to wash my car for free. I go to this dealership during my work lunch break and they have always been accommodating to me. Because I drive my car without thinking of maintenance, I appreciate that they remind me of the servicing they have always been accommodating to me. Lamont was very friendly and easy to work with. He asked me to call on my way to the dealership and he had everything ready once I arrived. He quoted me a roughly 2 hour window and although it was a little me to call on my way to the dealership and he had everything ready once I arrived. I also asked him to make sure that the technician put my inspection on straight and he made sure that was done to my specifications. I had a battery replaced, it took only about 30 minutes or so. I was treated very respectfully, my car washed and was out the door very quickly. Recently I took my Honda CRV into John Eagle Honda/Express Service for a rountine State Inspection but asked them to check out a rattle in the front driver side wheel area. After they had comple Honda/Express Service for a rountine State Inspection but asked them to check out a rattle in the front driver side wheel area. After they had completed the inspection and test drove they asked me to leave the vehicle for additional inspection. They offered me a free loaner car and told me they would call later in the day. When they called they reported that the noise was only a loose bolt on the shock absorber and that it only needed tightening. There was no charge for the diagnosis or the "bolt adjustment". It is my experience that most auto repair shops would have charged you for the diagnosis and then proceeded to tell you to replace the shock or something even more expensive. I am thankful for the honesty and care John Eagle Honda gives to me and others that I have talked to that also use them for service or sales. Great people and A+ for honesty!! More

I was so pleased with this facility and so trusting of my advisor that I sent my grandmother and her civic over to see Mike. As expected he took exceptional care of them both and he even stayed late to finish up with her vehicle. I used to think that dealership service centers were too pricey but I always print out service coupons on the JEH service website to get a great deal! More
I did not know John Eagle had an Express Service. This was my first experience using the facility. It was great. I had a state inspection and oil change done on a Saturday morning in less than an hour. Mi was my first experience using the facility. It was great. Michael, was very accommadating and the customer lounge area was clean and comfortable, the usual way for John Eagle Honda. I will share this experience with my friends and colleagues.
