Lamont, supplied a 30 wait period to get my care inspected. This level of service was delivered on schedule 30 minutes and I was off on my way. Lamont Jennings is the most professional Auto Service Representative I have ever worked with. He's the reason we go back to the Honda Service Center for all of our auto service needs. My wife and I have taken both of our cars in for service 3 or 4 times over the last year. I have a 2010 Honda CRV; my wife has a 2007 Mercedes. When we drive up, Lamont is always there to greet us both by name; he listens to our needs with a caring, service oriented ear. Once the cars are being worked on he makes a point to give us frequent status reports until the job is done. Because of Lamont, we wouldn't dream of taking our cars any where else to be serviced. I went in for my second oil change and tire rotation with the John Eagle Honda Service Shop here in Dallas. Even though I've only been in twice, I would recommend the service shop to any Honda owner. I just drive right up and someone is ready to bring my car back into the garage. Both times, I've waited about 45 minutes to get an oil change and a tire rotation. They always throw in a car wash and vacuum for no extra charge. Michael was very friendly and didn't try to push any other "problems" on my car that needed to be fixed. More
