He and the technician resolved two problems with my 2007 Ci Dallas' Express Service. The service advisor, Michael Zamora, was friendly and helpful. He and the technician resolved two problems with my 2007 Civic in less than an hour and a half without an appointment at 5pm on Tuesday. As a registered nurse and attorney, I have high expectations when it comes to customer service and, based on today's experience, I will be returning to Express Service. More

Lamont was very friendly and easy to work with. He asked me to call on my way to the dealership and he had everything ready once I arrived. He quoted me a roughly 2 hour window and although it was a little me to call on my way to the dealership and he had everything ready once I arrived. I also asked him to make sure that the technician put my inspection on straight and he made sure that was done to my specifications. I had a battery replaced, it took only about 30 minutes or so. I was treated very respectfully, my car washed and was out the door very quickly.
