I have come to John Eagle Honda for 2 years. This is the first time I felt toally personal service. I was taken to work right away, being a nurse and needing to be on time! Mr. Lamont Jennings is my go-to man in the Express Service department. He's professional, quite personable, and knowledgeable of my Ridgeline, thus detailed in explanations of service required. Being disabled this would have been way beyond my pain and comfort level. Lamont suggested a John Eagle complimentary ride to my nearby residence until the service was complete. I was quite appreciative of his thoughtfulness, though not surprised.
