Lamont Jennings is the most professional Auto Service Representative I have ever worked with. He's the reason we go back to the Honda Service Center for all of our auto service needs. My wife and I have taken both of our cars in for service 3 or 4 times over the last year. I have a 2010 Honda CRV; my wife has a 2007 Mercedes. When we drive up, Lamont is always there to greet us both by name; he listens to our needs with a caring, service oriented ear. Once the cars are being worked on he makes a point to give us frequent status reports until the job is done. Because of Lamont, we wouldn't dream of taking our cars any where else to be serviced. We often have a good laugh but we also take care of business in a friendly professional manner. He always explains to me thoroughly what all is being done to my car and what is most important. He brakes it down to where I can understand it and makes everything crystal clear. I very much appreciate that from him and that is why I prefer to have him as my personal "Service Advisor". I went in for my second oil change and tire rotation with the John Eagle Honda Service Shop here in Dallas. Even though I've only been in twice, I would recommend the service shop to any Honda owner. I just drive right up and someone is ready to bring my car back into the garage. Both times, I've waited about 45 minutes to get an oil change and a tire rotation. They always throw in a car wash and vacuum for no extra charge. Michael was very friendly and didn't try to push any other "problems" on my car that needed to be fixed. More

I was a long time customer of Lute Riley which is where I purchased my vehicle 12 yrs ago.However, when the gas prices increased I tried John Eagle and have remained a customer since. The reason I chose to keep coming back was 1)the pleasant welcome extended when I drove in the service drive on my first visit 2)because of the GREAT customer service I received from Adam Garcia on that day 3)the quality of service that was rendered to my vehicle. I always go through Adam to set up my service appointments. He is very professional but at the same time personable and courteous. Adam calls me promptly with a diagnostic report and thoroughly explains everything. He gives me an expected time of completion and it has never been beyond that time.
