They fit me in quickly for an appointment, started the work on time, replaced the battery and rotated the tires in less than 2 hours. Everything was excellent. We will be back. More

Refreshing Service!! I am a new Honda owner as of the last year, I came from being in a Ford car for the last several years, and never had good experiences with Ford in an I am a new Honda owner as of the last year, I came from being in a Ford car for the last several years, and never had good experiences with Ford in any capacity from Customer Service, to parts dept, etc. I purchased a used Civic Coupe last year and have come to John Eagle for a few parts I have needed, and the service team has always been quick to help me and friendly with their interactions. Earlier this week I called to confirm that you guys had a brake light in stock, I needed to replace mine before getting my car inspected. As the standard I have come to expect at John Eagle, when I went to the Parts department, I was greeted with a friendly smile and quick help securing a new light bulb. When I called earlier in the day I was also offered the ability to schedule my state inspection for later in the afternoon the same day, it was perfect timing for me. I arrived early to my appointment and was greeted by a sweet woman who took my information and my key and offered me a place to wait that was clean and quiet. I did not realize that I had an outdated Insurance card in my car that I offered to the lady behind the counter. She came out to the waiting area a few minutes later to let me know that my card was expired, but she came with a solution - SKILLS!!!! She handed me her card and told me that I could call my insurance company and they could email her immediately, a new copy. Girlfriend didn't miss a BEAT. I was able to call my agent, and immediately have a card over to Honda and was able to continue on without a hitch. The service team offered me a complimentary wash and vacuum of my car after the inspection, which was also knocking another errand off my list of things to do after work. I can not thank you guys enough for being intentional and exceptional with your service. I am extremely happy to be with Honda and am so very appreciative to know that I have a dealership that I can go to and know that I will get the help that I need in a quick and efficient manner. Parts much weaker than Service I have a 2002 Honda Accord and a 2013 Honda Accord. I have brought the 2002 and the 2013 Honda here for service for many years. I have always found I have a 2002 Honda Accord and a 2013 Honda Accord. I have brought the 2002 and the 2013 Honda here for service for many years. I have always found the service department to be friendly, efficient and thorough. The other day I hand my 2002 Honda serviced somewhere else. While I was there somehow they broke the clip that holds the hood support rod in place. I called Eagle Honda Parts and was told that they did not have the part but it would be in the following week. On Wednesday , I called to check and I was told that the part was there and it was priced at $1.83. I went down to the parts section later that day and a young lady came to the desk to help. I told her what I needed , she looked in the computer and said I will have to order it. I told her about my calls so she went in the area to look and found the item. She came and said was sounded like 2.53 so I gave her 5.00 + 3 pennies. She came back with 2.00 and no change and the part. Sadly, I will in the future use Rusty Wallace. More

Great Customer Service!! Came in to get regular service of oil change and tire rotation. Also needed to get some estimates for a couple of minor repairs. I was told it would take a couple of hours and that seemed reasonable to me. Within 2 hours my car was ready and I was back on my way. Everyone at John Eagle is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely glad I chose John Eagle and Honda!! More
