I have come to John Eagle Honda for 2 years. This is the first time I felt toally personal service. I was taken to work right away, being a nurse and needing to be on time! I had total explanation of services done and the answers to all my detail questions. In the [ast, I was always told they did not have the details to my services and my reciepts never showed details. Made me wonder if the services told to me were really done. Today, Lamont reviewed all details and showed me all the printouts of services and systems reviewed. When I had called looking for a new service department, Service Advisor Michael Zamora assured me that John Eagle was it, so I came. Ever since I purchased my Honda at John Eagle I was overly impressed with the service and it seems to get better time after time. Today was especially great for me due to the fact that I was on a time constraint. I expressed the importance of getting done by a certain time & Lamont was sure to keep me within the time I stated. Although my car was not ready by the stated time, he was able to get me a loaner car so that I could make my destination. When my car was finished he was sure to let me know & even offered to bring my car to me. This is the quality service that keeps me coming to John Eagle! Lamont was a dear from the moment I pulled up to the moment he left my location with the loaner car. Always a smile and excellent energy! Mr. Lamont Jennings is my go-to man in the Express Service department. He's professional, quite personable, and knowledgeable of my Ridgeline, thus detailed in explanations of service required. The entire "behind the scene" crew is quite expedient in taking care of my truck's needs. Upon my last visit, my Ridgeline was in need of 5 items requiring several hours of work. Being disabled this would have been way beyond my pain and comfort level. Lamont suggested a John Eagle complimentary ride to my nearby residence until the service was complete. I was quite appreciative of his thoughtfulness, though not surprised. I've been in for oil changes, inspections, tire rotations, alignments, etc. Each and every time my experiences with Lamont handling my service needs have been exemplary. More
For the past year that I have had my Honda, I always bring it into John Eagle. I have never had the kind of customer service that I have with Lamont. My mother had some questions about the operation of her new Honda CRV. She had an issue with her battery and the headlight setting. (Her battery was checked out and the car was washed and vacuumed.)
