Since I bought my car at John Eagle, I have never gone anywhere else for service. Mike has been my service rep. on several visits. I am greeted with a smile and feel welcomed...never a hint of "oh no..m anywhere else for service. Mike has been my service rep. on several visits. Micheal Zamora was able to assist me my 3 last visits to the service dept. He is knowlegable and obviously has experience with Honda vehicles. This is my second Honda Accord. Lamont J. has been my advisor for the last two service visits. He makes it a pleasure to bring in the car because he's honest and to the point. I originally brought my car in to the dealer a few weeks ago looking for an oil change. I was a walk in with no appointment and was greeted promptly by Mr. Jennings. He also gave me a time frame for when I should come back in for an oil change. I came back today to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Lamont was ready for me, took my car and showed me to an area where I could get some work done while waiting on my car. The car was ready quicker than the original estimate, a pleasant surprise. Lamont has been a complete professional in my dealings with him and his customer service is well above par. I work in the customer service industry and am rarely satisfied with the level of customer service I find. More
