Second to none The customer service was excellent. I have would preferred to have not to been at a dealership service centre at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning but Joh The customer service was excellent. Trustworthy and amazing customer service I have been coming to John Eagle since 2015 (when I bought my vehicle). I receive nothing but exceptional work. I have had the pleasure of having Jordan Hernandez as my advisor for a majority of this time. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure my car gets taken care of. He has gone as far as putting me in a loaner when I need to get errands done and has even towed my vehicle to the dealer when I got a faulty battery leaving me stranded in Fort Worth. He makes sure everything is 100% accurate and does not try to upcharge me or sell me on products I don’t need. He is honest and makes sure to go the extra mile to make sure I understand what is wrong with my car and what needs to be done. I don’t trust taking my car anywhere else. More

Edgar was the best! I came in here because my battery died in my car and Because of that I was stressed and sleep deprived.
