Service department totally disorganized I had to suffer using the service department while the car was under warranty but it was always a frustrating experience. I haven’t used it for several years but there was a problem with my car that I thought might be handled better with Hi da specialist. I thought maybe they would have cleaned up their act over the past two year - but nothing has changed. As happened every time before, I made an appointment on the web and showed up and no one heard of me. While the actual people I meet are quite nice they are working under serious handicaps. Dylan helped me this morning but he was at a loss to understand why my appointments never show up in their records even when I show them my online confirmation and still - Bambi in the headlights look. It’s not Dylan’s fault. He did the best he could with a dysfunctional organization. The initial experience just checking in always makes me wonder how far down the lack of attention to detail goes. More

Free car wash service is wonderful I bought my Honda Accord coup at this place 8 years ago, back then I would review it with Okay service. Recently I started coming back for their free car wash service as they promised, it is so good to see John Eagle really upgraded their everything - service is very nice, Edgar is my go-to person every time I get here, he is super helpful, very gentle, friendly, professional and efficient, he even showed me around to waiting area and break room which has free popcorn, high-end coffee machine, donuts and other drinks. Keep up with the good service and keep good people like Edgar, these are the reason that we as customer will come back again and again, recommend it to our friends and families too. More

He was considerate of my time and my prescheduled appt. Edgar kept me informed of my car's progress through servicing, he answered all my questions and he even arranged to have an additional task added to the work order, once I informed him of a potential under carriage problem on the car. He had this additional issue corrected while the car was up on the lift. His demeanor was friendly and he came to the waiting area to check to see if I needed any assistance since the servicing wait was greater than initially anticipated. I am very pleased with the Service Dept staff at John Eagle Honda of Dallas, Texas. This is the dealership where I purchased my Honda Civic Hatchback back in 2017 and I have never had any regrets. More
