For starters, I was able As a first time owner of a Honda CPO Ridgeline I was very surprised at the excellent service I received at John Eagle Honda. For starters, I was able to wait for the service, something that would never happen at my German car dealership down the road. The cost of the service was very reasonable and even a trim part I ordered for replacement was very inexpensively priced. My tires were rotated and the truck was washed at no charge. Definitely a great experience! Highly recommend! More

Service Department is Too Understaffed and Overwhelmed Pretty much every time I've come to this dealership for my Honda Pilot service they are always understaffed in the service department. There is a alwa Pretty much every time I've come to this dealership for my Honda Pilot service they are always understaffed in the service department. There is a always a very long line to pick up vehicles and to drop them off, usually ay least 30-45 min wait at both ends. The service advisors who are present are not unfriendly though they frequently come across as dismissive of customers due to being clearly overwhelmed. There are plenty of service advisor desks completely open on most of my visits, but nobody is staffing them. This dealership needs to increase their service department staff to better meet customer needs in a more timely fashion, especially during morning and after-work rush hours when lots of customers show up at the same time. I will probably begin driving further to another dealership or service shop with a better customer service experience that doesn't waste so much of my time. More

I have would preferred to have not to been at a dealership service centre at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning but Joh The customer service was excellent. I worked with Clay who was just great and truly accommodating. John Eagle also provided a variety of refreshments making my stay even more comfortable. A+ More

Trustworthy and amazing customer service I have been coming to John Eagle since 2015 (when I bought my vehicle). I receive nothing but exceptional work. I have had the pleasure of having Jordan Hernandez as my advisor for a majority of this time. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure my car gets taken care of. He has gone as far as putting me in a loaner when I need to get errands done and has even towed my vehicle to the dealer when I got a faulty battery leaving me stranded in Fort Worth. He makes sure everything is 100% accurate and does not try to upcharge me or sell me on products I don’t need. He is honest and makes sure to go the extra mile to make sure I understand what is wrong with my car and what needs to be done. I don’t trust taking my car anywhere else. More
