Tire Alignment Clayton was great. I would recommend him to anyone. He was professional, courteous, and informative. But. A salesman named "Ross Iver", I grabbed Clayton was great. I would recommend him to anyone. He was professional, courteous, and informative. But. A salesman named "Ross Iver", I grabbed a card off his desk, was using profane language while on the phone. I'm 23 and I've obviously heard that language, but there were children and elders within earshot and I found it extremely unprofessional. He was talking about how "poor" someone was who was looking for a car. I was able even to hear the name of the person he was discussing. Publicly ridiculing a prospective buyer and saying their name while using profanity made my wait uncomfortable. I have just moved to Dallas and I intend to use John Eagle for all of my Honda needs. I hope I won't have to experience that again. I hope also that John Eagle takes more care to protect its buyers privacy. More
