Excellent service! Sunday night my Honda's tail lights and license plate light came on and stayed on all night. Battery was dead on Monday am. Visited the JE dealersh Sunday night my Honda's tail lights and license plate light came on and stayed on all night. Battery was dead on Monday am. Visited the JE dealership in mid afternoon. A small plastic piece had broken which controlled those lights. So for $4.15 I was on my way. Unbelievable! However battery was again dead on Tuesday morning. This time the battery which was still under warranty was replaced and all is well. Jose was my service rep and I also interacted with George (I think that is his name). Both were so friendly and helpful. Truly a remarkable adventure. More

Jose took the time to listen to our needs, and what was so impressive is that he not only helped take care of the "needs", but perhaps more importantly, steered us away from what we didn't need. He was amazing, really. We discussed how pleasant the experience was and how much we liked dealing with Jose.
