Edgar Juarez was best service rep anyone could hope for! He was considerate of my time and my prescheduled appt. Edgar kept me informed of my car's progress through servicing, he answered all my questions and he even arranged to have an additional task added to the work order, once I informed him of a potential under carriage problem on the car. He had this additional issue corrected while the car was up on the lift. His demeanor was friendly and he came to the waiting area to check to see if I needed any assistance since the servicing wait was greater than initially anticipated. I am very pleased with the Service Dept staff at John Eagle Honda of Dallas, Texas. This is the dealership where I purchased my Honda Civic Hatchback back in 2017 and I have never had any regrets. More

I don't like the new way things are being done now.
