He was cordial and gave me everything I needed, as he kept me up-to-date about the progress of quality service I’d received at any Honda dealership. Afterward, the dealership fixed anything else that could be helped, leaving no stone unturned, and they sent me off with a fully vacuumed and detail-cleaned vehicle. More

In and Out quickly!!!! It was so easy to make my appointment, and my car service was completed quickly and efficiently. Even with social distancing there were plenty of chairs for all in the waiting area, and everyone on staff was professional and courteous. While most customers wore face coverings, those that did not were NOT shamed or ridiculed!!!! Everyone's rights were on display!!!!!! More

The person who took my call wasn't overly excited to take my call but was efficient enough. I came in about 1:25pm and Edgar greeted me was told it would take an hour to hour and fifteen minutes.I was told that they would do the oil change and multi point inspection and then wash and vacuum my vehicle, It took right at 1 hr and fifteen minutes. My vehicle came down the line and and Edgar saw it and indicated that I should follow him outside. He said that my vehicle had no issues, he had no recommendations for future service as my vehicle was in for its 3500 mile first oil change. Edgar was great, showed me where the lounge was. I grabbed a seat and hung out. The customer lounge still lacks some comforts that I've seen at other dealerships. Its small and could have used some new furniture and better seating. More
Edgar was really great. Friendly and efficient. My only issue is that I had an Appointment at 11 AM for a battery change. When I arrived I was told that I might have to wait up to 2 to 2 1/2 hours because issue is that I had an Appointment at 11 AM for a battery change. When I arrived I was told that I might have to wait up to 2 to 2 1/2 hours because they were really busy. What is the point of making an appointment if you can’t honor the appointment? When I told Edgar that I had an appointment he did do his best to make the wait time is short as possible. I don’t blame Edgar at all he was very nice and efficient and did the best he could. Ps. What made it worse was that I made the appointment at 10:30 AM which was 1/2 hour before the scheduled time. If the service department was really busy they should’ve known at that point. More
