We had only had our new 2020 CRV EXL for less than 1500 miles when we started noticing a rattle while driving, regardless of speed or road conditions. When we dropped off the vehicle the service reception technician was able to hear the rattle immediately during our brief diagnostic drive. I appreciated the efforts of the service department to identify the cause of the rattle in our new 2020 CRV EXL and their willingness to provide a loaner vehicle since the repair was going to take considerable time to identify the cause, repair the issue and confirm it was fully resolved. More
