I came in on Monday and went to the Parts dept & Service rep Sean to inquire about adding a bed cover on my 2017 Ridgeline. I was handled by professionals all the way. I left my truck and was told it would rep Sean to inquire about adding a bed cover on my 2017 Ridgeline. I was handled by professionals all the way. I left my truck and was told it would be ready Tuesday afternoon. As promised, it was ready Tuesday afternoon. I requested a quick briefing on how this bed cover operates. Sean contacted the two technicians that actually performed the installation. With Sean, I was able to meet the technicians who walked my through the opening and closing procedures. I am so impressed with the time the parts department staff, Sean, my service writer and the two installation technicians spent with me to explain everything to my complete satisfaction. Professional Customer Service is what John Eagle Honda in Dallas provides. I’ve been using John Eagle Honda since I moved here almost six years ago. No useless phone holds, no AI here, just great human beings that still know how to provide outstanding customer service ! More

To whom it may concern, I’m writing to express my complete and utter frustration with the disastrous experience I had at John Eagle Dealership. From start to finish, your service department showed a complete and utter frustration with the disastrous experience I had at John Eagle Dealership. From start to finish, your service department showed a staggering level of incompetence that wasted my time and left me with zero confidence in your team. To begin with, the service techs—specifically Edgar and Joel—demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and technical skill. Basic issues were either misdiagnosed or outright ignored, and their communication was poor to nonexistent. I had to chase for updates, only to get vague or conflicting answers. As if that wasn’t enough, when I attempted to escalate the issue, I was met with more incompetence from the supposed “Director of Service,” Marcus. Rather than taking accountability or providing any real solution, Marcus did absolutely nothing to help the situation and wasted even more of my time with empty promises and zero follow-through. It’s honestly shocking that someone in a leadership position could be this ineffective. I came to John Eagle expecting reliable service and was instead met with delays, confusion, and a total disregard for my time. This experience has been nothing short of infuriating, and I would strongly caution others from trusting their vehicle with your team. Do better. More
