I called from Corpus Christi inquiring about a used Mercedes-Benz for sale at John Eagle Honda. I was connected to Raphael and made arrangements to drive up the following day. While I was on the road, Raphael informed me that the headlight needed to be replaced. He ordered it and told me to continue to the dealership to pick up the Benz much to my delight. Once we arrived, he offered to buy us something to eat and made sure we were well taken care of. I immediately noticed he was wearing a suit and his a mannerisms were very professional. He was a honest and transparent throughout the process. He stayed with us until 10pm to make sure the transaction was smooth.
