I took my new Civic in for routine service and Lamont Jennings and staff provided excellent service. The work was completed and my car washed and vacuumed all in less than 40 minutes. I recently bought 2010 Honda Accord and it's running smooth. It took me a while to find this car, because I went to a lot of dealerships and wasn't that impressed. My driver's side headlight went out and my model requires removing the battery in order to replace the bulb. I called and spoke with Michael at the Service Shop and he invited me to come into the Express Ser removing the battery in order to replace the bulb. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I was expecting to be there for at least one hour. Everything was cleaned and ready to go before I knew it. Lamont was fast, friendly, and on top of things! I just went in for a oil change and Lamont and his team noticed other things wrong with my vehicle. I knew when he said this the charges were going to be over $500 b/c you know those labor charges from the noticed other things wrong with my vehicle. BUT....b/c I was getting all the work done I payed about $350 and my car is running smooth and Lamont's customer service was greeeeeaaatttttt. I went to the wrong building at first and a guy drove me to the right one (sorry don't remember his name)....overall this was my 1st time really dealing with this dealership....I LOVE THEM!!!! I will continue to come back #side note: as long as Lamont is there! He's awesome! More
