The process was very easy. I contacted Eagle via the internet and they got back to me very quickly. I was able to work out a good deal over the phone. Getting a good price for my Trade-In took a bit lon internet and they got back to me very quickly. I was able to work out a good deal over the phone. Although it costs a little more than the average repair shop, I always get my car serviced here. They always provide great service, quality work, car wash and detailing included. I took my car in because it seemed to be running a little hot. Come to find out, my engine block was cracked. However, to my surprise my experience with Mike Hudson and John Eagle was the BEST I had EVER encountered when purchasing a vehicle. I initially begin my search online and from first contact I was given that "We are here to service you" attitude. It took me well over a month to make a decision, but Mike stayed in contact and offered a helping hand the entire process. When I finally decided to go into the dealership, I was shocked not to be greeted by the "Attack of the Vultures" feeling, I had been experiencing. Instead the atmosphere was pleasant and gave me a feeling of "We are happy you stopped by John Eagle." In less than 2 hours, I had completed the entire selection, financing and on my way process. What an AWESOME experience!!!! I not only recommend this dealership/salesman, but will visit them again when I am ready to make my next purchase. More
I went in very upside down on a lease, not very good credit and Joel worked very hard to find me the car I wanted with payments I could afford. Also kudos to Kelly and Bob in finance for finding someon credit and Joel worked very hard to find me the car I wanted with payments I could afford. We got a fair price on the car and nobody tried to push to get more out of our pocket as many dealerships do. Our sales manager, David Cavazos, was exceptionally friendly and did a great job to accommodat to get more out of our pocket as many dealerships do. I went to this dealer because they didn't put me on hold and never help me like another dealer. I needed a visor replacement and alignment (I assumed) and ended up getting my son's tires replaced. I wasn't excited about spending the money at the time but wanted his car to be safe. I can't imagine using another dealer even though this is way out of my way (live next tollway 190). More
Crook of the lowest sort. Sold me a honda Fit with $6000 + of unneeded insurances (GAP, Life, Disability, Warranty, Credit). By the time they were done screwing with my bill the car cost was 26k when it sho + of unneeded insurances (GAP, Life, Disability, Warranty, Credit). By the time they were done screwing with my bill the car cost was 26k when it should be 16.5 k with TT&L out the door. Do not deal with them, or you will regret it, I've heard that David McDavid Honda is much better to deal with. More
