I visited John Eagle Honda - Dallas last weekend to look at a car that was listed on-line. I called Adam Rutledge to set up a viewing of the car. He had it out front for me when I arrived. I had been hearing this noise from my brakes for a few months and finally decided to take my car in before work to get them checked out. Because I didn't have an appointment, I walked in expecting a long wait. However, becuase of the excellent service that I received from Lamont Jennings, my wait was much shorter than expected. He operated with such a sense of urgency yet, finesse and I am greatly appreciative of that. Good customer service seems like a thing of the past. But, it so refreshing to know that people like Lamont Jennings and the entire John Eagle Honda team still believe in providing such an excellent customer service experience. More
