Jerry my service advisor is very straight forward, honest and personable. He is esponsive to my needs and budget, but always has safety and quality as the formost concern when servicing my cars. I live about 15 miles from John Eagle Honda, however it is worth the drive to find a car dealership of such quality and integrity. Thank you Jerry and the rest of the staff at John Eagle Honda. More

They have always been extremely helpful, friendly, courteous, and reasonable with their prici used John Eagle Honda for my Service/Maintenance work. My Service Advisor, Jesse Hernandez, has helped me for at least the last 2 yrs or so (?) and is a pleasure to work with. He always explains any repairs necessary and is very professional and friendly each time I am there. I would not hesitate to recommend Jesse and John Eagle Honda to anyone and everyone that asks. They are so friendly and they are keeping my 2004 Honda Civic in terrific shape. I get an oil change every three months and they check out my car to ensure that everything is working properly. I went in for an oil change but he said I'm not due just yet. The tag said it was due but my car said otherwise. Ya gotta love technology. Most places would want the money and do it any way. Awesome. I took my 1998 Honda Oddessy in to get a safety inspection sticker after it had been sitting in the driveway unused for two years. It failed the emmissions test. Mike told me that since it had been inspection sticker after it had been sitting in the driveway unused for two years. It failed the emmissions test. Mike told me that since it had been sitting usused for so long, it needed to be driven 30 miles to reset the sensors. I drove it 40 miles and returned the same day. The sensors still had not reset. The mechanic took it out and drove it to get the sensors to reset. It then passed the inspection. Mike and his team when way above the call of duty to see that my car finally passed the inspection. I think most places would have just told me it failed. I was very impressed with their dedication. More
I would recommend this dealer and salesperson in particular because: 1.) he offered a competitive price over the phone very close to the consumer report number. Not a "poker player" trying to ma particular because: 1.) he offered a competitive price over the phone very close to the consumer report number. Not a "poker player" trying to maximize profit. 2.) In order to help me get a fair price on my trade in he recommended another business (auto trader). This showed he was interested in being fair and not just making as much money as he could on one customer. 3.) Was informative on detail. It was clear he cared about his customers by the amount of time he spent on details. He was not interested in a quick sale to just move to the next. 4.) He and the finance person did not try to sale me things I did not want. More
