I give this dealer a great rating for the following reason. I have had my car for seven years and have never had any problems, other than usual maintenance, since I have owned it. This car is the first car I have not only bought brand new, but also have done 100% of the service at this Honda Dealership. Jesse has always been very honest and fair about what I needed to take care of and what could be put off for future dealings. I always feel confident and happy when I pick up my car because I know everything has been taken care of and my car is going to continue to operate to its peak ability. I am planning on buying a new car in the next 18 months. The number one factor in my decision to purchase another Honda is due to the positive dealings with Jesse and the service department at John Eagle Honda. More
I went in for an oil change and made 3 new friends in the waiting area, had coffee and sandwiches and before I knew my car was ready and I was on my way. Fast, Friendly, and EXCELLENT Service. Very professional staff, reviewed services and price quotes (and it was really what they said it would be!) My car is running great, and the brakes don't squeak anymore! That's something that the dealer I bought the car from, said was "normal." Richard seemed to know exactly what was wrong when I tried to describe it, and he told me that it was most definitely fixable! (I'm blond, but even I didn't think brakes were supposed to squeak! lol) I even got it back before promised. Everyone was nice and friendly. For one of the first times, I felt I was treated the same, as if I was a guy and didn't talk down to me because I'm a woman. That's a rarity with car dealerships, and especially in the service area. No one tried to push a whole bunch of extra things at me that weren't needed, AND I will never take my Accord to ANY other dealership. More

The process was very easy. I contacted Eagle via the internet and they got back to me very quickly. I was able to work out a good deal over the phone. Getting a good price for my Trade-In took a bit lon internet and they got back to me very quickly. I was able to work out a good deal over the phone. Although it costs a little more than the average repair shop, I always get my car serviced here. They always provide great service, quality work, car wash and detailing included. I took my car in because it seemed to be running a little hot. Come to find out, my engine block was cracked. However, to my surprise my experience with Mike Hudson and John Eagle was the BEST I had EVER encountered when purchasing a vehicle. I initially begin my search online and from first contact I was given that "We are here to service you" attitude. It took me well over a month to make a decision, but Mike stayed in contact and offered a helping hand the entire process. When I finally decided to go into the dealership, I was shocked not to be greeted by the "Attack of the Vultures" feeling, I had been experiencing. Instead the atmosphere was pleasant and gave me a feeling of "We are happy you stopped by John Eagle." In less than 2 hours, I had completed the entire selection, financing and on my way process. What an AWESOME experience!!!! I not only recommend this dealership/salesman, but will visit them again when I am ready to make my next purchase. More
I went in very upside down on a lease, not very good credit and Joel worked very hard to find me the car I wanted with payments I could afford. Also kudos to Kelly and Bob in finance for finding someon credit and Joel worked very hard to find me the car I wanted with payments I could afford.
