I took my 1998 Honda Oddessy in to get a safety inspection sticker after it had been sitting in the driveway unused for two years. It failed the emmissions test. Mike told me that since it had been sitting usused for so long, it needed to be driven 30 miles to reset the sensors. I drove it 40 miles and returned the same day. The sensors still had not reset. The mechanic took it out and drove it to get the sensors to reset. It then passed the inspection. Mike and his team when way above the call of duty to see that my car finally passed the inspection. I think most places would have just told me it failed. I was very impressed with their dedication. More
I would recommend this dealer and salesperson in particular because: 1.) he offered a competitive price over the phone very close to the consumer report number. In order to help me get a fair price on my trade in he recommended another business (auto trader). This showed he was interested in being fair and not just making as much money as he could on one customer. 3.) Was informative on detail. It was clear he cared about his customers by the amount of time he spent on details. He was not interested in a quick sale to just move to the next. 4.) He and the finance person did not try to sale me things I did not want. More

And the follow up from all of the associates at John Eagle Honda has been fabulous. My service experience from the new car perspecitive has been excellent. I am looking forward to continued good service when I take my car in for oil changes etc. Which I know will only be twice a year. The deciding factors in my buying the Honda Civic were: 1. I wanted a compact car which was fun to drive (I am not a floater). 2. Want good gas mileage -- looking forward to 30-35 mpg from the Honda. Wanted a car with little service requirements (your package makes this a slam dunk) and ... the fact that free loan cars are available (with a reservation for repairs requiring overnight service). And, I wanted my monthly payment to be around $300. More

Bought a new Honda CRV 2010 EX-L with navigation. Had agreed upon a price over the phone. Went down and whole things changed. 1500 bank fees was added saying that the bank will give loan only if the bank agreed upon a price over the phone. But at the end of day word is important. Before heading to the dealership i had submitted my online application for credit approval and everything was go. I was told clearly that the application is approved and the finance rate is between 5 and 6 %. How can things change once i reached the dealership. Having a credit score of 698 and not getting loan is something surprising. One of the finance managers whom i could not understand much said theres nothing we can do and we should hear something after 2 days. Things i feel i was let down were 1. Price of car --- I ended up paying more than the value of car and the price quoted - almost 1500 $ 2. Financing - was given a whole different picture upon reaching the dealership. waited for 2 to 3 hrs and to top it off - the bank fee for which i dont see the written approval from bank. 3. Customer service was poor. 4. Forgot to put the temporary title at the back and had to go back in again. Finally i did buy the car !!! As we had gone on a one way car rental...Words were not kept as promised. I expected better customer service and satisfaction. Sam More

Excellant Service. I had an issue with my axle seal leakig and Service Advisor Jesse Hernandez took care of me. He is definetly a HUGE Asset to the dealership as far as I am concerned.
