Recently I took my Honda CRV into John Eagle Honda/Express Service for a rountine State Inspection but asked them to check out a rattle in the front driver side wheel area. After they had completed the inspection and test drove they asked me to leave the vehicle for additional inspection. They offered me a free loaner car and told me they would call later in the day. When they called they reported that the noise was only a loose bolt on the shock absorber and that it only needed tightening. There was no charge for the diagnosis or the "bolt adjustment". It is my experience that most auto repair shops would have charged you for the diagnosis and then proceeded to tell you to replace the shock or something even more expensive. I am thankful for the honesty and care John Eagle Honda gives to me and others that I have talked to that also use them for service or sales. Great people and A+ for honesty!! More

I was so pleased with this facility and so trusting of my advisor that I sent my grandmother and her civic over to see Mike. As expected he took exceptional care of them both and he even stayed late to finish up with her vehicle. I used to think that dealership service centers were too pricey but I always print out service coupons on the JEH service website to get a great deal! More
I did not know John Eagle had an Express Service. This was my first experience using the facility. It was great. I had a state inspection and oil change done on a Saturday morning in less than an hour. Mi was my first experience using the facility. It was great. Benny Frankin, with John Eagle Honda of Dallas, was the first to give me a quote, of all 5 dealers I had requested quotes from, and it was the best price. My request was personally handled by Reatha Robinson. I coordinated with Reathea for an appointment that would work with my schedule that day. I arrived on time for my appointment and Reathea was immediately available for me, no waiting. Reathea showed me the car and we went for a test drive and the car was exactly what I was looking for and more. I confirmed that the price quote was correct and it was. No question about it. I worked with Reathea and Bob on financing and they came up with the exact numbers that I had and expected to pay. I approved the numbers, filled out some Honda Financing paperwork and waited for my paper work to be complete. All went smooth on a very busy day for a car dealer, Saturday of Mem Day weekend. I met with Kelly Moody to review and sign all the purchase and financing paper work. It was all correct, no last minute changes. Danny Saber briefed both me and my wife on all the features of the car and even set up the Bluetooth for my phone. Everyone was professional, courteous and willing to help in any way possible. I went to the dealership for a oil change and my service advisor Mike Zamora let me know that i had a transmission seal leaking. I had a glowing "!" on the dash of my Honda civic and decided that afternoon was a good time for me to take my car in to see what that meant. I wasn't even going to stay to get it fixed. When I got there I could tell they were very busy but the attendant insisted it would be in my benefit just to get the car checked out. He was right as I had a nail in my tire and there was something wrong with my windshield wiper. All in all it was going to cost me $30.00 to get all this fixed (not much but I'll take what I can get). Then, the same attendant realized before I did that this was all covered under my warranty, so I left without paying a dime! And went over all that was covered under my warranty so I don't have to pay for things I wasn't aware were covered. They were also pretty quick considering how busy it was. More

Fortunately, John Eagle Honda has been very consistent with their approach in service. From the moment you arrive to the time you check out, they are professional and courteous and make sure that you understand your options.
