Top Notch New Car Buying Experience I have purchased only two cars in the last 24 years, both used cars. I kept my last Honda Accord for over 12 years. I wasn't exactly sure that I was going to buy another Honda, then I saw the newly redesigned 2017 Honda CR-V and fell in love. I had really specific features that I was looking for and I went to John Eagle with my list. Maribel & Dwain went out of their way to find the exact CR-V that I was looking for - hint, they had to get it from another dealership for me! From the moment I walked in the door to the minute I walked out- it was TOP NOTCH SERVICE. I had just had a really bad experience with another dealership a few days prior, so I was nervous about trying to work with another one. Bill Lang was my salesman- he was so nice and kind and made me feel really comfortable being there. Nate from the main office assured me that he wouldn't give me the run around and he followed through on his promise. When I got to financing, it was the smoothest process. I have already recommended this dealership to my co-worker who is in the market for a new car. Definitely add this dealership to your list to visit when shopping for a new car!! I ended up with 3 Honda new cars! I am not sure which of the 3 cars this is for, but I ended up with 3 new Hondas, 1 CRV and 2 HRV's in less than 2 weeks. The service I received from Mark Shipman was incredible the 1st time when purchasing my CRV that I cam back to get an HRV for my oldest daughter. I would not have done so had I not been extremely happy with the over all attitude, patience, and knowledge of Mark Shipman. This is one very proud and loyal Honda salesman who represented the Honda Brand with confidence, pride and a sincere desire to help my daughter and I to be in the best car which met our needs.
