I ordered my CR-Z at the end of October and was told that it might take awhile to be built and delivered. Jack made sure that I was updated every step of the way and even encouraged me to take a few test dri it might take awhile to be built and delivered. There wasn't any pressure to buy additional add-ons or things that I didn't want. Jack even checked other Honda dealerships to see if any of them had the car I wanted. Kelly did a wonderful job with the financing. No pressure and fantastic explanation of all my options. After all was said and done, this was the easiest car buying experience that I have ever had and will recommend John Eagle Honda to everyone I know. More
I was a long time customer of Lute Riley which is where I purchased my vehicle 12 yrs ago.However, when the gas prices increased I tried John Eagle and have remained a customer since. The reason I chose to keep coming back was 1)the pleasant welcome extended when I drove in the service drive on my first visit 2)because of the GREAT customer service I received from Adam Garcia on that day 3)the quality of service that was rendered to my vehicle. I always go through Adam to set up my service appointments. He is very professional but at the same time personable and courteous. Adam calls me promptly with a diagnostic report and thoroughly explains everything. He gives me an expected time of completion and it has never been beyond that time. I recently had to take my 2006 Honda Accord in for a check engine light. I called in that morning and was able to get my problem taken care of. Good thing it was only the oxygen sensor that needed to be check engine light. I called in that morning and was able to get my problem taken care of. Good thing it was only the oxygen sensor that needed to be replaced. They were able to fix my car and because they have a shuttle service, I didn't have to sit around and wait. Never a disappointment with Mr. Zamora he make sure his customers are happy. More
Lamont was vert attentive during my service visit. He updated throughout my stay as to where we were with the service. I will be back and ask for Lamont every time I come to John eagle. Mr. Michael Zamora has been offering me great service for a couple of months now. I just took my car in for a repair and he got everything done that needed to be done and took care of getting me a rental ca a couple of months now. I just took my car in for a repair and he got everything done that needed to be done and took care of getting me a rental car, keeping me up to date on the progress of the car, etc. My husband just bought a Honda b/c he loves that I am so happy with the service I get whenever I go to see Michael. Mr Lamont Jennings offers excellent service. he is very courteous and very for my car to be ready . I needed to have the oil change done.
