Lamont Jennings is the most professional Auto Service Representative I have ever worked with. He's the reason we go back to the Honda Service Center for all of our auto service needs. My wife and I have taken both of our cars in for service 3 or 4 times over the last year. I have a 2010 Honda CRV; my wife has a 2007 Mercedes. When we drive up, Lamont is always there to greet us both by name; he listens to our needs with a caring, service oriented ear. Once the cars are being worked on he makes a point to give us frequent status reports until the job is done. Because of Lamont, we wouldn't dream of taking our cars any where else to be serviced. He brakes it down to where I can understand it and makes everything crystal clear. I very much appreciate that from him and that is why I prefer to have him as my personal "Service Advisor". Car shopping is not a task I necessarily enjoy. I ended up going to this dealership because of an internet bid provided through my car insurance's car buyer program. I visited another dealership that did up going to this dealership because of an internet bid provided through my car insurance's car buyer program. I visited another dealership that did not have the car I was interested in, and communicated with many others. John Eagle Honda of Dallas contacted me to tell me that they had a car matching my request being delivered in February. Although it was not the color I wanted, it was proving very difficult to find a manual transmission and color was of less importance. I visited the dealership to talk prices and terms, everything was very clear and we were able to transact everything I needed over my lunch period. I made a down payment over the phone after consulting one more time with another dealership. Picked up the car yesterday and I love it. Interactions with the salesman were very low key and pleasant. Interactions with the business manager were also clear and low key, no hidden agendas. The General Manager stopped by to introduce himself and thank me on both occasions. The dealership is very proud of their product and service. Definitely the fastest, least stressful car buying experience that I have ever had. I recommend this dealer. More

My husband and I viewed our car online Saturday, Jan 29th, 2011, and went to the dealership that very same day. To our surprise, the car was still available, and had only been on the lot for 3 days! It was a great price for the mileage that was on the Accord. I called ahead of time, and spoke to a gentleman, by the name of Bradley White, and from that first conversation, he was nice, courteous, and understanding to our needs, and budget. Needless to say, we we arrived there, he was not only ready for us, he was eager to answer all of our questions, and to take the test drive. What we liked about him, he was kind, he wasn't pushy, and didn't get an attitude we would not agree on the price or interest rates that didn't fit us. His attitude remained the same way throughout our visit, he went thru all of the ins and outs of our vehicle, and watched us drive away happy customers. We are now owners of a 2008 Honda Accord, beautiful may I add as well! He made sure that we left the dealership with all of his contact information, as well as his appreciation for our business. We would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Bradley White to any of our friends or family that chooses to go to John Eagle Honda, Dallas. I went in for my second oil change and tire rotation with the John Eagle Honda Service Shop here in Dallas. Even though I've only been in twice, I would recommend the service shop to any Honda owner. I don't the John Eagle Honda Service Shop here in Dallas. Even though I've only been in twice, I would recommend the service shop to any Honda owner. I don't have to wait for service. I just drive right up and someone is ready to bring my car back into the garage. Both times, I've waited about 45 minutes to get an oil change and a tire rotation. They always throw in a car wash and vacuum for no extra charge. Michael was very friendly and didn't try to push any other "problems" on my car that needed to be fixed. More
