This is due primarily to how professional, honest and respectful the staff is. My experience started with me finding a price for a new Pilot at John Eagle, on CarGurus, for a few thousand lower than the MSRP and any other dealership I've seen. I scheduled an hour to come in during my lunch break, having called ahead and informed them that the first thing we would need to do is appraise my current vehicle (trade in). When I showed up, I was met by Maribel. She immediately had my vehicle appraised without pushing anything on me - she was very respectful of time. I expressed interest in their new Pilot. She pulled it around, we looked at it, and quickly got to negotiations. Negotiation process with Max and Maribel was fast, focused and respectful. They honored the CarGuru's price (though that price was lower than what they had at the dealership). We settled on a mutually agreed upon price point. So far the experience was fine, but nothing special. The staff at John Eagle really shined when I went to get my car later that afternoon: 1. Maribel was helping me move things out of my old vehicle into my newly purchased one, when both she and I noticed some dings/scratches on the bumper. Actually, Maribel noticed them, and before I had a chance to say anything - mind you, the deal was done at this point - she said "Don't worry, I will take care of this". The next day, John Eagle set me up with a loaner vehicle for the day while they fixed the imperfections in the paint! 2. Marble was always accessible and highly responsive. She and I had to coordinate the new car's touch up and the loaner pick up. Through text and phone, she always got back to me within an hour. I always felt that she had my best interests in mind. 3. In finance - there was no upset, no gimmicks. Just great friendly conversation with Tariq. Fantastic dealership, great people, wonderful customer service. More

Second time customer Just leased my second Honda from John Moran and the Eagle team. My wife and I were "just looking" and checking out the 2017 CR-V. After a test drive and some negotiating, we drove out with a new 2107 CR-V Touring fully equipped at the price we wanted to pay. The entire experience was just like the first on, no problems, no pressure, all of our questions answered honestly. A great experience in all aspects.
