John Eagle has made a customer for LIFE!!! I can not believe how easy they made the car buying experience for my family. I recently relocated from California and this dealership was recommended to me by a coworker for my maintenance. I went in for an oil change and a 15,000 mile service. Lamont was the employee I worked with and he was very friendly and mindful of the fact that I came in for the service on my lunch break. So, before we went, my husband called John Eagle and asked to be paired with a low pressure sales person who was knowledgeable, but understood that we were not planning to buy a car that day. We walked in and met with Ross Iver and immediately felt comfortable. He was extrememly knowledgeable about the 2011 Honda Odyssey and was willing to spend as much time with us as we needed. In fact, we felt so comfortable, we decided to take the jump that day! Everyone that we came in contact with at John Eagle was extremely friendly and helpful and worked hard to make our car buying experience as painless as possible. The dealership was clean, the salespeople were professional (no standing in a huddle smoking!) and the finance experience was easy. We will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and will use them again! More

When I picked up my vehicle, Lamonte had all the paperwork ready and went through the items again for complete clarification.
