My mother had some questions about the operation of her new Honda CRV. She had an issue with her battery and the headlight setting. (Her battery was checked out and the car was washed and vacuumed.) He was friendly as well as being patient and professional in dealing with questions. He helped her resolve the issues and explained how a couple of things worked. There was no charge. More
My visits to John Eagle for service on my automobile is always a pleasure all due to Lamont Jennings. Lamont has excellent customer service relation skills which is very rare these days. He keeps you updated on what is going on with your car and lets you know how much longer it would be before it is ready. Lamont takes his job very seriously in meeting the customer needs. I came into this shop to get an oil change several months ago and Lamont Jennings was the person that helped me. What stuck out about Lamont was his smile and his friendliness but later his knowledge of the ago and Lamont Jennings was the person that helped me. Now when I come in the shop, I look for Lamont and there he is with his smile and ready to help. Normally when an person tells me I need something else other than what I can in for, I question in my mind... "do I need this", but never with Lamont. He explains what I need and why. That is why it is always easy for me to say... Yes, you can do that also. With my previous Honda's, I would eventually go some where else to get an oil change but that won't be happening. I will not go anywhere else to get my car serviced and I will also ask for Lamont. I also like the customer service provided while waiting, the coffee, donuts and tv. Thank you. Toyce Parish More
I came in for a standard oil change to the Quick Service side of the dealership and was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism, courtesy, and speed of Lamont and this side of the dealership. I was inf side of the dealership and was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism, courtesy, and speed of Lamont and this side of the dealership. I was informed that I was due for a 60,000 mile check up and told what it would involve. I was given an initial quote for the services while Lamont looked up my history. He determined that I had already had many of the services done already that were part of my check-up. I ended up only needing 2 out of 5 of the services. My total cost was WAY lower than quoted and it only took 45 minutes to complete everything, which was WAY faster than quoted at 1 1/4 hours. Lamont was also able to offer me a discount on my oil change. I have dealt in the past with the other side of the dealership and always come away paying way more and waiting way longer and dealing with more issues. The Quick Service side was a real blessing and I was thankful for the ease, convenience, and price. More
As a full time student at Texas Woman's University College of Nursing Parkland/Dallas campus, finances can be tricky in your senior year of clinical sections and lectures. My fellow classmates and I invest over 80+ hours a week which makes having a side job nearly impossible. Needless to say, when it comes to matters with dealing with your car. It can be expensive. This morning I needed an inspection sticker and few other items to be taken cared off on my vehicle. I was greeted promptly by Mr. Jennings and we worked out a plan for getting my car inspected. As with any inspection, the technicians realized I needed new tires. Mr. Jennings apprised me of all the things that my car needed to have done in order to pass inspection. He cut me a deal with some extra items and ensured that he was keeping the price down to fit my "poor student" budget. He came back with some numbers that were in my favor but my car was needing to be in the shop longer. Fortunately, I had my books, laptop, and INTERNET to surf and study. Plus, John Eagle provides some finger foods to keep this brain working! The time flew by and in a couple of hours Mr. Jennings showed up to tell me that my car was ready. I was surprised. It seemed that he took 2 hours off the time stated. This type of service and amenities is what I look for. Forever a John Eagle customer with individuals like Mr. Jennings working there! More
The customer service we received at John Eagle of Dallas was EXCELLENT. The entire staff made us feel welcomed. Jack Averitt was exceptional in finding the very best deal for us. He was genuinely concerned that we were happy with our quote and purchase. He was very thorough and knew everything about the CRV and other models we had questions about. At the end there was absolutely no haggling! We let them know what we could afford and they made it happen. It was obvious that this dealership works as a team because other sales people and staff asked if we needed anything i.e. something to drink. I know this is minor detail but it meant a lot that they knew we were working Jack and just wanted to make sure we were comfortable. Jack and the entire finance team are top notch professionals and customer service like this is just rare and I feel they should be commended for their hard work and professionalism. I submitted a survey on Saturday, but in the chaos at home (I had home repairmen doing some work ), I inadvertently gave LaMont and John Eagle Honda a low rating, but I did give the proper praise.
