Scheduled a 430PM appointment online so I could get a recall repair done on my Civic. Left work a little early so I could get there right at 430. I sit in the service garage for about 5 minutes until someone acknowledges I'm there, there were no other customers waiting and just 1 car getting ready to leave. Guy asks what I'm there for, I hand him my appointment printout, he goes to the office to check it out. He comes back and says it is too late, because the technicians are going home at 5pm. Service hours say open til 7pm, I guess that is at their convenience. Needless to say, I will never try this place again and will drive further to get service done at another Honda dealer. 0/5 stars More

I recently had occasion to buy a new car, and I first made contact with salesman Bill Cheek through the internet. We set up an appointment for a Saturday morning test drive of the Accord I wanted, and he was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable about the car's features and took me on a good test drive. The dealership didn't have the color I wanted, and he got it for me within a couple of days. The price I paid was not as good as I was hoping for, but it was about what I expected; I don't believe there is much negotiating room on the Accord. Once the dealership had the car, the purchase took less than an hour. All in all, I was quite satisfied with the experience, and I will still be a John Eagle customer in the future. More

In the past 45 years, we've purchased eight (8) new vehicles. I must say our most recent purchase, a Touring Pilot at John Eagle Honda of Dallas was by far the greatest experience ever. The only thing the past dealerships had in common was they had vehicles to sell. John Eagle Honda is like no other car dealership when it comes to staff. We dealt with Craig Young online, a man of integrity, with great communication skills; no hidden agendas, making a verbal deal prior to visiting the dealership; no high pressure and no haggling. We walked into the dealership and immediately noticed something different, we felt at home; a relaxed atmosphere, with genuine friendly folks. Dealing with Craig was like buying a car from our brother. As we filled out the necessary paperwork and enjoyed several bottles of ice cold water, we were introduced to Doc Watson, another warm friendly gentleman. Then there was Kelly Moody, the Business Manager who explained finance options available to us, again warm, genuine, factual, and no pressure of any kind. As we sat in Kelly's office, we had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager (Managing Partner) Mr. John Ingram. Wow, immediately we knew why this dealership was different. From the moment Mr. Ingram entered the room, we could feel the pride he had in his product and for his people with such a straight forward, honest countenance. We truly connected with these folks, no pressure and truly felt like family. We both, throughout our time there, independently thought "I can't believe this is happening at a car dealership!" On the way home that evening, approximately an hour away, my husband said, "Wow, that makes you want to go buy another car, soon!" Needless to say, when we are in the market for our next vehicle, our first stop will be John Eagle Honda of Dallas, Texas. More
Beware. As a result of their negligence, my car overheated and had to be towed. Took it to people i've worked with for years. They immediately noticed the radiator cap had been left off from the de overheated and had to be towed. Took it to people i've worked with for years. They immediately noticed the radiator cap had been left off from the dealership the day before. John Eagle Honda did not take responsibility for their mistake. Further, they tried to make it somehow my fault. Horrible way to treat a customer (and Honda owner). I'm in the market for a new Honda and definitely won't buy there as a result More
Do not buy a used car from this dealership. I bought a used car that had zero accidents on the history, I even took it to an inspection shop. I think they all have their pockets lined up in these shops or used car that had zero accidents on the history, I even took it to an inspection shop. I looked closely and saw that the car had hit something in the lower bumper and that the dealership craftily used a plastic cover to hide this damage. I was never told about this. More

I have always gone to this dealership because they take great care of me. On this visit however, the gentleman that usually handles my servics was not there and I was fine with working with someone new. M great care of me. On this visit however, the gentleman that usually handles my servics was not there and I was fine with working with someone new. My service was mediocre at best. Not the great treatment I'm used to. My issue: they didn't inform me of the condition of my vehicle (brakes) until the check-up and oil change was complete and my car was sitting there ready to go. Then asked if I wanted to stay longer to have the additional services completed. All while forgetting to complete a state inspection and charging me for a tire rotation. NTB doesn't charge for a tire rotation with an oil change. Not sure if I will be coming back to the dealership unless they can offer me some savings over their competitors. More
They quote me a drive off price in the email. When I went in, they told me the vehicle they quoted me was sold. When I was in the dealer, they didn't inform me the vehicle was sold instead wasted my time to test drive another vehicle. Not until we ready to sit down and ready to buy the vehicle, they revealed the vehicle was sold. Anyway to me, it's very dishonest. Make me think twice buying from this dealer. More

They don't push for lots of extra expensive bogus repair work but are clear and helpful about any additional work that needs to be done. The multiple experiences I have had with Mike and all the others at John Eagle keep me coming back. I rate them a 10.5 out of 10!! Thanks! More
