I have been happily served here for years! I have been coming to John Eagle Honda in Dallas for years for many reasons. Some of them have come and gone, and come back again. The most consiste I have been coming to John Eagle Honda in Dallas for years for many reasons. Some of them have come and gone, and come back again. The most consistent has been Reatha Robinson. She has always helped me and been honest when it just isn't the time to make a trade. For a sales person to actually help advise you that today is not the day to buy a new car, even if you really want to, is a quality that is hard to find in the sales industry. I trust Reatha 100%, but this is just one of the many reasons. She has become a friend, and I feel part of the John Eagle family because of so many people she has connected me with through the process. I have always been treated well by the people she connects me with at John Eagle; from the finance person to the service people. Everyone of them has made me feel valued and has helped with whatever situation arises. I can't imagine going anywhere else...I still drive 30 - 45 minutes to get my car serviced or to negotiate a trade-in! More

Good people to buy from I went in late evening on a Saturday. Mark Shipman was about to leave for the day. But he stayed and negotiated an excellent deal on a new Honda Accor I went in late evening on a Saturday. Mark Shipman was about to leave for the day. But he stayed and negotiated an excellent deal on a new Honda Accord 2017 Hybrid. He was not pushy and was to the point. I did not face any pressure for dealer add-ons, extended warranty, finance or for my trade-in. After I drove home I noticed a rattling sound from the trunk. I took the car back. Devon Ellis from Service drove with me and confirmed. He worked with the techs to determine the exact cause of the rattle and fixed it. The rattle was from a spring in the trunk and the tech had to go inside the trunk with the trunk closed to tighten the spring. John Eagle Honda, you got a happy customer! More
