I ended up with 3 Honda new cars! I am not sure which of the 3 cars this is for, but I ended up with 3 new Hondas, 1 CRV and 2 HRV's in less than 2 weeks. The service I received from Mark Shipman was incredible the 1st time when purchasing my CRV that I cam back to get an HRV for my oldest daughter. I would not have done so had I not been extremely happy with the over all attitude, patience, and knowledge of Mark Shipman. This is one very proud and loyal Honda salesman who represented the Honda Brand with confidence, pride and a sincere desire to help my daughter and I to be in the best car which met our needs. Our sales agent (Johnny) spoke to us in a friendly, familiar way that felt more like a neighbor than a salesman, answering all our questions and actually listening to our needs instead of up selling features we didn't need.
