Long story short mark shipman did a fabulous job with taking care of our needs with our 2nd CRV. That we came back the next day to get a hrv for my oldest. A week or so later we came back for an HRV for my youngest. Mark I stood out needs as a family and he took real good care of us. I'm a difficult customer to please and I ask a lot of questions. Regardless of my questions he was professional and made us feel calm and at peace with out decisions. More

Top Notch New Car Buying Experience I have purchased only two cars in the last 24 years, both used cars. I kept my last Honda Accord for over 12 years. From the moment I walked in the door to the minute I walked out- it was TOP NOTCH SERVICE. I had just had a really bad experience with another dealership a few days prior, so I was nervous about trying to work with another one. Bill Lang was my salesman- he was so nice and kind and made me feel really comfortable being there. Nate from the main office assured me that he wouldn't give me the run around and he followed through on his promise. When I got to financing, it was the smoothest process. I have already recommended this dealership to my co-worker who is in the market for a new car. Definitely add this dealership to your list to visit when shopping for a new car!!
