The sales team member was quite attentive and helpful and did all he could to get me the best deal possible. The dealership was quite small so I was worried about the amount of available vehicles but the sel did all he could to get me the best deal possible. The dealership was quite small so I was worried about the amount of available vehicles but the selection was larger than I anticipated so I was able to find a vehicle that suited my needs. The whole process took about 30 minutes more than I wanted it to but that's within the margin of error so it was an acceptable amount of time to wait. More
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I bought a vehicle from here the first time I brought my vehicle for an oil change they gave my car back without rotating the tires I had to go back I bought a vehicle from here the first time I brought my vehicle for an oil change they gave my car back without rotating the tires I had to go back so they could do that. The next time I was told I needed filters changed 70 something dollars I said we would do it next time. Just so happened I was going through Tyler when my oil light came on so I stopped by the dealership there. They changed the oil and filters rotated tires I asked how much they said nothing you still have the Honda care. So John eagle was going to charge me for something that was under warranty. Now let’s get to the extra warranty that I purchased (which I have not been able to use) I am having to pay for oil changes when I paid for the lifetime free oil changes, I have tried to contact finance for MONTHS now with NO response at all (I would go up there but I travel a lot with my job so I haven’t had a moment to do so yet) I spoke with the receptionist again this week More
