My 2013 Dodge Durango had an alternator failure on Chri The day after Christmas 2018. If the top rating for service is 10, I give these guys 15+.... My 2013 Dodge Durango had an alternator failure on Christmas Eve, I was able to bring my car to the service desk at 0645 on Dec 26th. By 1500 I collected my car from them good as new having used their loaner all day and was advised there would be NO CHARGES for the repair as it was covered by a factory recall. Service advisor Rick Quinones was an enormous help is steering everything through the system. They turned what could have been a disaster for my vacation to a minor inconvenience.
