IT WAS AN EMBARRISING NIGHTMARE-SERVICE FROM xxxx . YOU KEPT MY VEHICLE FOR 2 MONTHS, PROMISING ME EVERY WEEK IT WOULD BE FINISHED THE NEXT WEEK-NOT. CHANGED SERVICE REPS. 3 TIMES-NEVER NEW ABOUT MY V . YOU KEPT MY VEHICLE FOR 2 MONTHS, PROMISING ME EVERY WEEK IT WOULD BE FINISHED THE NEXT WEEK-NOT. CHANGED SERVICE REPS. 3 TIMES-NEVER NEW ABOUT MY VEHICLE OR HOW TO CONTACT ME-EVER.BLAMED ON ORDERING PARTS.-GAVE ME A LOANER, I DIDN'T WANT. FINALLY SAID IT WOULD BE READY THAT WEEK-ANOTHER WEEK WENT BY. WHEN I DID GET IT, IT WAS FILTHY-SEAT ADJUSTED WHERE NO ONE COULD DRIVE IT, TRASH INSIDE, SEATS HAVE STAINS ALL OVER THEM-THIS WAS A BRAND NEW JEEP!!!! INSULT TO INJURY-THEY DIDN'T FIX THE SPEAKER STILL BROKEN TICKET SAYS THEY CHANGED IT. More

Best Jeep dealership in my area I actually travel a greater distance than necessary to visit this dealership when my jeep needs service. I could go to one more local, but I found th I actually travel a greater distance than necessary to visit this dealership when my jeep needs service. I could go to one more local, but I found them to be a bit shady and untrustworthy... There was some confusion regarding the amount of oil changes left with my service plan. I had mistakenly paid for my previous oil change while still being owed a free one, and rather than request a refund, I agreed to just carry over the free one until my next visit. I was told it would be notated on my account. But when I went in the next time, no note and the guy I dealt with before was no longer with the dealership. Ultimately, these guys did the right thing, which I very much appreciate, and they didnt charge me for the oil change I already paid for. But it was a bit of confusion at first, and I had hoped that there would be no confusion as I was assured on my last visit. All in all, though, these guys really are a step above the rest here in South Florida. Very comfortable waiting area fully stocked with complimentary refreshments while being serviced! Will definitely be back! More
