Loving my new Aviator Joey did an outstanding with having my vehicle prepped and ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. While I was inside signing all the paperwork Joey did an outstanding with having my vehicle prepped and ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. While I was inside signing all the paperwork, he had all of my personal items and plates, moved from my old car to my new one. All total, I was in and out of the dealership in less than and hour. Even with the quick service, i never felt rushed and Joey was very thorough when it came to showing me some of the new features on my Aviator. I brought my new car in for its first oil change service. I was disappointed in the lack of communication about the service, but more so there was no clean up of the vehicle, but the windows, not a quick ext I was disappointed in the lack of communication about the service, but more so there was no clean up of the vehicle, but the windows, not a quick exterior wash, not even a wipe down of greasy handprints on my steering wheel. Most disappointing was that none of the service providers were wearing masks,and this was in the beginning if the COVID 19 quarantine. I literally had to wipe down my own handle and steering wheel with baby wipes I had in the car. They just stood there. As a new car owner, I expected better. I guess the oil change itself was fine...who knows. More
