He always finished his calls with me, never put me on hold and was all in all great. He also alleviated any anxiety I may have had about purchasing a vehicle long-distance. He was helped by Sarah, who was also very knowledgable about the Navigator and also took a lot of time face timing so we could see the car and answered all our questions.
