We were not told we had to make an appointment 2 wks in advance in order to get a loaner to drive. So, the issues with our Aviator continue, as we live more than hour away. I came in for my 50,000 mile maintenance check-up. I also had an issue with my wheels. Thomas, my service advisor, keep me advised of the maintenance check-up and had that completed the same day, but i also had an issue with my wheels. Thomas, my service advisor, keep me advised of the maintenance check-up and had that completed the same day, but informed me that the wheels would not be done until the following day and asked if I was ok with them keeping the vehicle overnight. The issue was resolved and I had the car early the next day.
