This is the only place I bring my 2016 F150 platinum truck. Purchased a new 2019 Expedition form Rizza, in August, the front driver window cracks and I take it into the dealership to have it replaced as it is under warranty. Took the car in August 31st 2020 - it the front driver window cracks and I take it into the dealership to have it replaced as it is under warranty. Took the car in August 31st 2020 - it is now September 30, 2020, no window no car. Takes multiple calls and texts to even get a response. Also, to add insult to injury, had to beg for a courtesy car (after being out of a car for the first two weeks) and as grudgingly given a small economy car - which is useless to me as I have an Expedition for a reason (four kids and two kids that I cart around). Will never use this dealership again and I do not recommend their service department at all. More
